The third stop of the Florida Vert Series is set for Oct 21-22, 2016 at Kona Skatepark –\u00a08739 Kona Ave,\u00a0<\/span>Jacksonville, FL at the Kona\u00a0vert ramp,\u00a0which measures in at\u00a078ft wide with 11ft transitions,\u00a02ft vert,\u00a014ft flat,\u00a02 facing extensions and\u00a01 extension has escalator. The ramp also features\u00a0a\u00a06ft channel with roll in<\/span>.<\/p>\n

On October 21st, there will be an open jam with\u00a0the Concrete Criminals and Skatter Brainz set to play at 7PM during the open jam session Friday night. Lang Sheppard, the drummer for the Concrete Criminals, will be pulling his kick drum up to the coping to see who can do the biggest boneless off the drum.<\/p>\n

Saturday October 22nd is the day of Florida Vert Series Stop #3 event.\u00a0Open Practice will go down that morning\u00a0and the contest will start at\u00a012:00pm. Divisions:\u00a012 & Under,\u00a013 \u2013 19,\u00a020 \u2013 39,\u00a0<\/i>40 & 49,\u00a050 & Up,\u00a0Open.\u00a0The After Party will commence once the awards are complete.\u00a0Band line up:\u00a0The Drop In’s,\u00a0<\/i>Concrete Criminals, \u00a0<\/i>O’Hollerans, <\/i>Warm Like Winter and\u00a0<\/i>The Pursuit of Liberty.<\/i><\/p>\n

There is no cost to pre-register, the $10 entry will be collected\u00a0day of event.<\/p>\n
