Absolutely nothing can stop the select skaters who will be competing in the Vans Pro Skate Park Series Qualifier tomorrow at the recently remodeled Costeira Skatepark in beautiful Florianopolis, Brazil. From corrupt presidents leaving the country’s government in shambles to the deadly Zika virus epidemic traveling throughout Brazil, the country doesn’t seem like the safest destination. Even ‘hardcore’ athletes who have been training for years for the upcoming 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio are staying home\u00a0due to the scares the country is currently facing, but there’s no way any of this is going to discourage pro skaters from around the world from heading down to this utopian city to compete for stop two of the Vans Pro Skate Park Series.
