The show was sold out for the Venice, California,\u00a0screening of “Salad Days: A Decade of Punk in Washington, D.C.”<\/i>\u00a0hosted by the C.A.V.E. Gallery on\u00a0April 3, 2015, at Beyond Baroque. Guests of honor,\u00a0Chuck Dukowski [Black Flag, Wurm, SWA, October Faction, The Chuck Dukowski Sextet, FLAG] author of one of the best Black Flag\u00a0songs ever written, “My War”, and Louiche Mayorga [Suicidal Tendencies, Los Cycos, Horny Toad, Uncle Slam, Agony, AgainST, Beowulf, Luicidal] co-writer\u00a0of one of the fastest\u00a0Suicidal Tendencies songs ever. “Institutionalized”, were both in attendance and gave their take on the D.C. hardcore scene to introduce the film.<\/p>\n
