Seminal NYC hardcore veterans\u00a0AGNOSTIC FRONT,<\/b>\u00a0will enter\u00a0Buzzbomb Sound Labs<\/b>\u00a0on December 5, 2014,<\/span>\u00a0to begin recording their 11th<\/span>\u00a0studio album. The session will be handled by\u00a0Paul Miner<\/b>\u00a0(TERROR,\u00a0H2O<\/b>,\u00a0ATREYU,<\/b>\u00a0DEATH BY STEREO<\/b>,\u00a0ETC.,<\/b>) who will be\u00a0engineering, mixing and mastering the release. Artwork and layout will be handled by artist\u00a0Todd Huber<\/b>, who also works with vocalist\u00a0Roger Miret<\/b>\u2019s clothing-line\u00a0American Made Kustom<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0“We are\u00a0excited to be working with Paul Miner<\/b> at Buzzbomb Sound Labs<\/b> on our new record which we are calling The<\/i> American Dream Died<\/i>,\u201d comments Miret<\/b>. \u201c\u00a0This recording promises to be mean, fast and furious; with elements of our classic styles, adding chaotic blasts of real old school hardcore!”<\/p>\n

These rarely confronted and always respected leaders of hardcore were established as one of the meanest-sounding bands in the emerging punk genre, helping to initiate the term “hardcore,” and placing an entire uproar on the New York map by association.\u00a0From the start,\u00a0AGNOSTIC FRONT<\/b>\u00a0released a catalogue of fast and violent punk tunes consisting of distinctive and aggressive drumming, fuming guitars, overdriven bass work, and a non-stop barrage of chaotic shouting.<\/p>\n

AGNOSTIC FRONT<\/b>\u2019s latest record, <\/i>My Life My Way<\/i><\/b>, was released on March 22, 2011. It features 13 powerful and anthemic songs laid down by Erik Rutan <\/b>(MADBALL, GOATWHORE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, etc.<\/b>) <\/b>at his Mana Recording Studio<\/b> in Tampa, FL under the watchful guide of producer Freddy Cricien<\/b> of MADBALL<\/b>. The record was mastered by none other than Alan Douches<\/b> (NILE<\/b>, MASTODON<\/b>, etc.).<\/p>\n
