King of the Groms\/Ams events in 2015.<\/p>\n

Feb 13-15, 2015 @ The Skatelab,\u00a04226 Valley Fair St, Simi Valley, CA<\/p>\n

May 8-10, 2015 @ Skatepark of Tampa,\u00a04215 E Columbus Dr, Tampa, FL<\/p>\n

July 16-19, 2015 @ 3rd Lair,\u00a0850 Florida Ave S, Golden Valley, MN<\/p>\n

All three events are open entry so there is no need to pre-qualify. Riders are encouraged to participate in as many of the stops as they can make it to.\u00a0If you finish in the top 3 of your division\/event at the East Coast or West Coast championships, you will go straight to finals at the National Championships.<\/p>\n

Registration for the 2015 King of the Groms\/Ams events is now officially open.<\/p>\n

Divisions:<\/b><\/p>\n

9 & Under<\/b><\/p>\n

12 & Under<\/b><\/p>\n

14 and Under<\/b><\/p>\n

16 and Under<\/b><\/p>\n

Age Eligibility – <\/b>Eligibility is based on your age as of Jan 1, 2015<\/p>\n

Street<\/b><\/p>\n

Qualifiers –\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Riders will be put into heats of 2-3 riders.\u00a0 Each heat will run as a 3 minute jam where each rider will be scored individually.<\/b><\/p>\n

*If there are 6 or less riders registered, all riders will Skate in Finals<\/p>\n

*If there are 7 – 10 riders registered, top 5 will Go to Finals<\/p>\n

*If there are 11 – 15 Riders Registered, top 7 will go to Finals<\/p>\n

*If there are 16+ riders registered, top 10 will go to Finals<\/p>\n

Finals<\/b><\/span> –\u00a0Each rider will receive two, 1-Minute Runs<\/b><\/p>\n

*The Better of the two runs will count as the rider’s final score<\/p>\n

*In the Case of a tie we will use the rider’s lower scored run to break the tie.<\/p>\n

Mini Ramp & Bowl<\/b><\/p>\n

Qualifiers\u00a0–\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Riders will be put into heats of 3 – 5 riders.\u00a0 Each heat will run as a 5 minute ordered jam where each rider will be scored individually.<\/b><\/p>\n

*If there are 6 or less riders registered, all riders will Skate in Finals<\/p>\n

*If there are 7 – 10 riders registered, top 5 will Go to Finals<\/p>\n

*If there are 11 – 15 Riders Registered, top 7 will go to Finals<\/p>\n
