The grand opening of the Goodland Hotel will be held on October 23, 2014, from 6PM-9PM. The motif is surf with a mid-century feel and this boutique hotel features a record player in every room accompanied by a record concierge that will bring you that lost vinyl you have been wanting to play. Artists Herbie Fletcher and Kevin Ancell will have permanent one-of-a-kind pieces displayed, along with photos by Danny Fuller, as well as Goleta historical items provided by James O Mahoney from the Chumash era. One piece O’Mahoney brought into the project is an original California Lancers Flag of the Union Army of 1864, as well as original Santa Barbara money.
