LinkSoul Whitewalls Gallery will play host to this art extravaganza fundraiser featuring artwork\/photography collabs by C.R. Stecyk III, Wes Humpston, Lucia Griggi and many more, all for a great cause.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRESS RELEASE:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#Loosebehavior@ Collab Show Set For December 7 In Oceanside<br \/>\n20 Artists X 20 Photographers = Cool<\/p>\n<p>A follow up to last year\u2019s #loosebehavior art show, #loosebehavior 2 is a collaboration installation between artists and photographers opening Saturday December 7 at the beautiful LinkSoul Whitewalls Gallery in Oceanside, California \u2013 a beautiful gallery with vaulted ceilings, clean walls and easy visibility and access from the historic Coast Highway 101.<\/p>\n<p>With a foundation in the action sports, music and fashion industries, a roster of artists and photographers have been paired up to create two (3 ft x 3 ft) photo x artwork collab pieces on custom-finished wood panels for the opening night gallery installation with a total of 20 medium-format pieces from the hearts, minds and hands of 20 industry creatives: \u201cWe curated this show to bring together a diverse group of creatives to do art collaborations for a good cause,\u201d said Dave Weidetz \u2013 artist and art director for Dragon Sunglasses. \u201cI am really excited to see how the installation comes to life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The #loosebehavior 2 roster includes skate culture icons Craig Stecyk and Wes Humpston of Dogtown fame, Kelly Slater\u2019s personal photographer Todd Glaser, world famous tattoo artist and graffiti legend Honkey Kong and Rolling Stones photographer Rebecca Joelson \u2013 among many others including UK fotografista Lucia Griggi: \u201cWhen Dave came to me with the idea of the show my head was spinning with ideas and thought it a great new angle. I am excited to see how the pieces turn out and feel privileged to be working alongside some really talented people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>#loosebehavior 2 will have a catered Artist\/Media \/VIP hour prior to the doors opening. The premier night will be a public event and the gallery has a capacity of about 300 people.
