Danny Way could be described in many lights, all with a sense of awe, and an underlying disbelief of the many life-cheating accomplishments he’s made on his board. What many do not know is his past fueled his unwavering determination and the spirit that fostered his drive to success. Waiting for Lightning is more than a documentary. It is a manifesto. It is Danny’s story. And there is more than you think. Tonight’s premiere was populated by some of Tinsel Town’s brightest stars and some of skateboarding’s most respected riders. The after party turned into a celebration of Danny and a tip of the hat to the man, the movie and the future. Congrats, Danny!<\/p>\n
