Drinking stopped only when all the beer was gone. There were some funny and some not so funny ‘camping’ jokes. This year the weather was good! That nutty wasp trap drinking German Italian dude was present again. Nelson Mosikili thought ‘If I compete in every discipline I must win something’. Dennis Hemmekam was down as fastest AGAIN regardless of a slam and heelbruise. We have a Dutch Champion Slamon named Hans Lucas. Plomp and Schniff had the right sound. Jennifer de Sera won the Boardercross in an unprecedented manner against Ben Daeleman. Even Flavio Bedanes didn’t scare away from the Catamaran with his old body. Jarne Verbruggen is also pretty fast. Paul v\/d Rijt can seriously fly. People went down the Snake even in darkness. Also naked. Luckily the water was clean from ‘blue-alg’. We even had boy scouts watching. The dresscode for next year is Truckerstyle. Because of the two new disciplines Slalom and Jumpramp we had even more cups to hand out. Champagne during the award ceremony is always fun. Just like barbecuing is always good. In short, it again was a crazy weekend with familiar but also new faces. Thanks to everyone who was present and making this unique event happen!
