Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Zelle and Venmo. Web store orders are limited to credit cards only.
Currency
ALL PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN USD. Once the order is placed and processed, the conversion occurs when the amount is deducted from your credit card. We do not make up the difference in conversion.
Sales Tax
Appropriate sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped from California.
Ordering by Mail
Please write/type your order on a piece of paper and include the following:
– Size, quantity, color preference for each item
– The shipping and billing names and addresses
– Contact info (email address and/or phone number, including area code and country code if applicable)
– Order total including:
9.5% sales tax (if the order is being shipped to California) + shipping cost. (please email us at juice@juicemagazine.com for a shipping estimate)
– We accept money orders and credit cards for mailed in orders. If you send your credit card number, please include the expiration date and 3 digit CVC code on the back.
Order Status & Tracking
Product Order Status
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we begin processing purchases immediately after they are submitted online. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
Shipping Information
Shipping Options And Transit Time
Domestic: Please allow 7 business days for orders to be shipped out from our warehouse. Delivery time is anywhere between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
International: Please allow 7 business days for orders to be shipped out from our warehouse. Delivery time is anywhere between 2-8 weeks depending on the destination and customs conditions. USPS shipping provides a limited tracking function. Please know that your order is considered fulfilled and expected to be delivered once it has left our facility. You will need to contact your countries international mail provider to determine where the package is once it has shipped, we have no way of tracking the item for you and consider the purchase complete once it leaves our facility.
Global Post International: Due to COVID-19 and mass transport delays shipping, we have the option of shipping with Global Post International. The delivery time for Global post delivery time is, on average, 4 weeks from purchase. This delivery time varies with current restrictions and delays. Thank you for your patience.
* Please also be aware that international customers are responsible for paying customs fees upon pick up in destination country, as well as shipping and handling fees (which are paid at time of purchase.) These are separate fees and the customer is responsible for paying them. We have to ship all packages in accordance with USPS guidelines.
Orders “Returned to Sender” by Postal Service
Customers ordering from our website should ensure they have their packages delivered to a secure mailbox or location. We cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen once they have been delivered by the postal service.
Return Policy & Order Changes
Return Policy
We will exchange or refund any apparel still in resellable condition within 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied with an order number, name and reason for return. Failure to properly submit returned items may result in items being shipped back to the original sender. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please call 310-399-5336 regarding sending the unwashed and unworn items that you would like to return or exchange, along with any written form containing your name, order number, and request.
Order Changes
We try to get you your products as fast as possible, so as soon as your order is placed we begin fulfilling it. Any changes to the order that you may request will be attempted to the best of our ability. However if the order is already in the process of being fulfilled we cannot process any changes at that point.
Please note that orders may be delayed or cancelled if products are out of stock. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible if your order has been delayed for this reason. Please be sure use your current contact information.
Clothing Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Subscription Information
Updating Your Subscription Address
Address changes take 8 weeks to process. Please let us know you will be relocating as soon as possible to ensure you do not miss any issues.
To change your address please email juice@juicemagazine.com with the name on the subscription, your previous address and the new address.
We are not responsible for any issues missed due to invalid or no address change.
Please note that if your address has been updated via USPS, this does not mean we were notified of the change. All address changes must be done via our website via email.
Third-Party Agencies
Subscriptions made on third-party websites have an unusually long wait time due to the initial processing of your order done at these third-party agencies. Once the order is done processing at the third-party agency, it is then sent in the mail to our facilities (This first step of processing takes an additional 2-4 weeks.) Once the order has arrived in our facility, it is then entered in the same order it has received. All of our subscriptions have an 10-12 week lead time for subscriptions which is based on the cycles provided to us by our fulfillment center. The fastest and most reliable way to subscribe is directly through our website.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscription cancellations take 8 weeks to cycle. Please email juice@juicemagazine.com to have your subscription cancelled.
Subscriptions older than 6 months are nonrefundable.
International customers who attempt to purchase a US subscription are subject to have their subscription cancelled (at any time) and orders will be refunded. International Customers must purchase the correct subscription at the correct rate.
Subscriptions for Incarcerated Individuals
Please note that in accordance with prison guidelines, subscriptions must be properly labeled (I.E Inmate ID after the last name, correctional institution in the company line etc).
We are not responsible for issues that are not received due to improper address submissions.
Subscription questions?
Please note that we do our best to ensure customers receive the magazines in their subscriptions but ultimately, we have no control over postal service error and magazines in your subscription do not come with tracking information. If a customer misses 3 magazines in a row we recommend a refund of the subscription.
