Riverside Park Skate Jam On 9/11

4th Annual Riverside Skate Jam… this could be the last event on the blue ramps.

NYC Parks, Summer on the Hudson Riverside Park, Riverside Park Conservancy and SK8108 Friends of Riverside Skatepark present Riverside Park Skate Jam, Sunday, September 11th from 12-5pm at W. 108th Street in Riverside Park, New York City, NY.

All are welcome at the 4th annual Riverside Skate Jam. Join in for a day of celebrating Riverside Park’s Skate Park – New York City’s first skatepark, built by NY skateboarding legend, Andy Kessler (1961-2009).

There will be contests with prizes, open skate time and food and drink for purchase at this family-friendly free event. Main events: Junior Micro Mini Ramp, Girls Jam, Wall Ride, Vert Ramp under 40s, Vert Ramp Masters. Featuring Guest DJs Pork Chop and Mr. Vacation. Competition registration available the day of the event.
