The Last Session of 1999
The end is near. Repent and be saved. Live fast, die young, get it while you can before it’s gone. On the last day, masses pilgrimage to Israel to pray, many flock to Vegas to gamble or New York to party. My brother Ross said “on the last day, I’m going to be in Austin, TX sitting on my porch with a shotgun waiting for the end.” A select few chosen ones pure at heart and not afraid to die were looking forward to the end, the last session, the last chance to ride the sacred millennium bowl at the 1999 Pool and Palace Masquerade. The eight bedroom halfway house is said to be haunted. There is a fire place in every room and a huge furnace where one of the inhabitants claims that when they burn the bodies, a strange colored smoke shoots out of the chimney. There are secret rooms and passageways throughout the house and even an old bomb shelter just in case the Armageddon wave really arrives. On the last day, black clouds surrounded the huge property. It poured rain everywhere except on the pool. Some were able to enjoy an insane session until the evil ones arrived with the curse of the black rain the pool itself started to bleed. Dan couldn’t stop skating, splashing through the blood and smearing it all over the walls. Everyone ran inside for shelter. There was a huge fire in the house and then the end. The party was over, before it began. Satanic Rednecks didn’t even get to do a sound check.

The First Session of 2000
A new beginning, a new millennium, another chance, a fresh start. Out with the old, in with the new. We are looking at our future, tomorrow is now. The first session of the year 2000. Life is an amazing gift, live it up. Special thanks go out to the owner of the palace, David Goran, for allowing us to start off this New Year with a bang!
