The Skateboarding Hall of Fame and Museum and the International Association of Skateboard Companies are getting geared up to host the 2012 Skateboarding Hall of Fame and Icon Awards, at which Danny Bearer, Jay Adams, Mark Gonzales and Peggy Oki will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Also being honored, John Humphrey, Frank Nasworthy, Glen E. Friedman and Black Flag will be receiving Icon Awards for their contributions to skate culture. The event will take place on May 10, 2012 at the Doubletre Hotel Anaheim in Anaheim, California. There will be a VIP Meet and Greet Dinner beginning at 6:00 pm, with general admission to open at 7:30 pm.
