The Highline Festival of Surfing 2014

The High Line Festival of Surfing, which is scheduled to take place September 4-6, 2014, in Mill Valley, California, has announced its official selections. The High Line will also showcase evening concerts by Matt Costa, Tom Curren and DJ Keala Kennelly.
