Do you remember your first attempt at building a wooden ramp and the DIY spirit and brotherhood of volunteers who just threw down to have a place to ride? Those were the days… Fast forward to 2012 and this spirit and community is bigger and better than ever, but now it’s not wood ramps, it’s concrete bowls. The Crater is a pure backyard DIY and the amount of skaters and friends who put in time, money, beer, food and supplies will be celebrated with every grind. This video is from the opening session with heavy skating and the perfect vibes. 5.9 FOREVER!!!
